Working with top management, KCI wrote the documentation for both Windows and Macintosh, wrote and produced a monthly user newsletter, created advertising and media plans, print, direct mail, collateral, PR – even speeches and special events.

Challenge: Accountant Inc. is a top-level accounting program. It is capable of performing many more important tasks than the more popular Quick Books and MYOB. But it is much more expensive, with a longer learning curve.

Big Idea: In a colorful, easy-to-read 24-page brochure, customers tell their firsthand stories of a variety of actual businesses who have made and saved money by using the more advanced Accountant, Inc. This is believable customer testimonial advertising at its best.

Bottom Line: Accountant, Inc. was bought by larger conglomerate, it is said, largely initiated of this brochure.

TIP: Never underestimate the power of a well-placed testimonial. Especially when your customer is "from Missouri."
